I believe that mentoring is more than simply giving advice or passing on experience. It is about motivating and empowering you to find and build on your strengths while also addressing opportunities for development

My approach is to work with you to look at your business as a whole and understand where you want to get to, both developing and where appropriate implementing the plans to get you there
